Vamana:
The patient is given internal and exterior oleation therapy as well as a stimulating treatment for a few days.
A mix of ayurvedic medications and natural treatments may be used in this therapy.
As a result of this, toxins are melted and deposited in the upper cavities.
Following this, the patient is given a decoction and an emetic medicine to induce vomiting, which allows toxins to be eliminated from the body cells.
Weight gain, asthma, and hyperacidity are all Kapha-dominant conditions that benefit from Vaman treatment.

Virechana:
Ritual cleaning, or toxin expulsion, occurs in Virechana through intestinal cleansing. The patient, like Vaman, undergoes both indoor and outdoor oleation and fomentation therapy. The patient is subsequently given a natural purgative to help with central clearing and the elimination of toxins from the body. This medicine is used to treat Pitta-dominant disorders such as herpes zoster, jaundice, colitis, celiac disease, and others.
Vasti:
This therapy is particularly effective in the treatment of chronic conditions. Depending on the nature of the illness, homemade decoctions, oils, ghee, or milk are employed. In accordance with the nature of the condition, homegrown decoctions, oils, ghee, or milk are injected into the rectum, and the results are wonderful. This is very useful for vata-dominant diseases, including arthritis, piles, and constipation.
Nasya:
Nasya treatment is ideal for treating any ailment affecting the head. Initially, the top and shoulder areas are softly massaged and fomented. Then nasal drops are put into both nostrils. This clears the entire head area and relieves symptoms such as cerebral pain, headaches, hair issues, disorders, neurological diseases, sinusitis, chronic rhinitis, and other respiratory problems.
Raktamokshana:
This therapy promotes blood cleansing and the avoidance of ailments caused by contaminated blood. It is frequently performed in a specific location or on the entire body. This therapy can help with skin illnesses including psoriasis and dermatitis, as well as local lesions like abscesses and pigmentation.
